The terms governing our cleaning services and your use of this website.

These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Apex Clean Ltd (“we”, “us”). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
All quotes are provided in writing and represent a fixed price for the scope described. If the property is in materially different condition from that described, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional charge. Prices exclude VAT (we are not currently VAT registered).
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled clean. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the agreed price.
We offer a 24-hour re-clean guarantee. Notify us within 24 hours of completion if you are not satisfied and we will return to re-clean at no charge.
We hold public liability insurance to £2 million. Report any accidental damage within 24 hours. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
Domestic cleans are due on completion. Commercial invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
